Orders and Shipping

We provide next business day shipping, on orders placed before 3 pm Monday-Friday.  All orders need to be PAID before they can be fulfilled and sent out.  All orders placed after 3 pm on Friday and during the weekend will be sent out the following Monday.  Unpaid orders will be canceled after 48 hours

97% of our deliveries goes smoothly, usually get to you 4-14 days. It is those 5% that gets lost or get stuck in customs. The packages that gets lost, we will resend; mostly without a fee, but sometimes with a shipping and handling fee depending on the situation. The packages that gets stuck in customs, you would need to wait it out. We are able to track it so do not worry. We apologize for those inconveniences.

When your placed order is paid, we confirm the order via email within 24 hours. When the order is shipped out, we will then email you again of your tracking number together with the right instructions on how to prepare the kit you have ordered.
